1. Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or "clearance" items.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged/Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all costs.
