1. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or "clearance" items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's policies.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all costs.
