Welcome to [Smart Laptops]. By purchasing from our store or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are listed in [XAF] and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept [Cash/Credit/Debit/Other]. Payment must be received in full before any product is released or service is completed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors or stock unavailability).
2. Warranty & Repairs
- New Hardware: Covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. We can assist with the claims process, but the manufacturer makes the final decision.
- Refurbished Goods: Include a [30-day] limited shop warranty covering hardware defects on self damage only.
- Repair Services: We offer a [30-day] warranty on labor. This does not cover new issues, software viruses, or physical damage caused after the unit leaves our shop.
3. Data Responsibility
Important: While we take every precaution, [Smart Laptops] is not responsible for any data loss during repairs or upgrades. It is the customer's responsibility to back up all data before dropping off a device.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened items may be returned within [3 days] with a valid receipt for a full refund.
- Opened items may be subject to a [30%] restocking fee.
- Software, consumables (ink/toner), and custom-built PCs are non-refundable.
5. Abandoned Property
Items left for repair for more than [21 days] after notification of completion will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to sell or dispose of abandoned property to recover storage and service costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
[Smart Laptops] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
